Our Return & Exchange Guarantee
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Note on Custom Items: Our handcrafted Women’s Belts & Buckles with personalized engraving cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. All sales on custom items are final, just like a handshake deal on the frontier.

- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our returns address (we’ll provide this in our response)
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange

Refund Information
Once we receive your return:
